A couple of years ago I had a particularly difficult time at work with a line manager. One very special work friend stuck to me like glue. She provided support to me the whole time. It’s amazing how vunerable and issolated you can feel during a lengthy time of being on the receiving end of conflict. Thanks Kim for being there during the not-so-good times.

I found out that I had a huge cystic tumor on my ovary, my boyfriend of 6 months stuck by me through doctors appointments, the operations and the very long recovery. Its been a very emotional experience, loosing an ovary and at risk of loosing the other to the same problem, he has been my rock, I don’t think I would of been able to cope without him, thanks babe xx

My wonderful husband of 26 years gave up a lot to help me.
I had an accident in 2002 which caused concussion, mild stroke then heart attack all within a week, he use to help before but since then he helps me a whole lot more, even had to help dress me and if I had a mishap he would clean it and me up. I even had trouble walking and he was beside me making sure I did’nt fall. Even now I still get angry and he’s here calming me down.
his patience and understanding is so incredible, Im really thankful I have him….

This was only a simple gesture but it meant so much to me. I saw a friend I hadnt seen in a few years and she was so genuinely happy to see me it really touched me, she gave me a huge hug and really made me feel very special. The rest of the day I felt wonderful and happy. It was the nicest thing I can think of happening to me for a long time.

My kids take turns brushing my hair every night…after a hard day at work, this is sooo relaxing. They don’t particularly enjoy it, but they know I’m a scalp freak, which just makes me appreciate it even more.

When my husband left me for a supposed to be friend. This happened last year after 27 years together, i was devestated as i put up with a lot of abuse, plus i felt betraited. Well he also left me in a bad financial situation, i can not work due to leg and back injuries both operated on. My BF has come to my rescue on many occassions and has given me things that i have needed plus has helped me out finacially on numerous time, i thank my lucky stars for her friendship and generousity. ?

The nicest thing is when I moved to QLD my sister helped me get my kids enrolled in the daycare centre where she is employed. As U an a BIT overprotective she encouraged me and arranged it so I would feel more secure about leaving my little ones cared for to give me some ME time.
Thanks Jade xx

We have 2 beautiful children and our eldest one has a disability, so life can be quite stressful at times. My parents have just booked us a night away in a beautiful spa suite and offered to look after out children for the night, so we can have any enjoyable and special weekend together and focus on ourselves. My parents are truly special and beautiful people. xx
