Our 2 year old son has a very sensitive skin (eczema and other aellrgies). This product is really great for him, he has no bad reaction to it (for example, he is allergic to the NIVEA children's sun spray), and seems well protected from the sun. The only down side, maybe, is that this Milk is quite liquid so we tend to use more than the previous brand we used to use.

So far, using it only 4 weeks as of yet just once in the am and once in the pm, this has done what it said. I had thyroid cnaecr surgery last year and my thyroid gave me a imbalance of hormones and chin hair. I shave the bits and it became bristley. No one noticed due to constant upkeep (like shaving the spots several times a day) and makeup, not even my husband, but I know it's there and it is a burdent to constantly shave the 2 small areas. Since using this cream, it has significantly reduced shaving and after many weeks I expect it to be highly reduced. Many women suffer these sorts of problems and are too ashamed to say so and want to hide it, of course, but this seems to have really helped me. I only have to use a very small amount so this 50ml should last for many many months, maybe years. It also moisturizes without stinging or any blotchy reactions. I will buy again when it runs out.

Sea water is really good for hlieang your skin. After going to the beach for the first time, I was amazed how much my face cleared up. I decided to try mixing sea salt and tap water, making it taste as close to seawater as I could. Then, splashed it on my face for about 3 minutes. I did it three times a day, and it worked really well for me. Always apply moisturizer afterward, so your skin doesn't dry up. I don't know if this works for many other people, but it works great for me when I have mild acne. You can buy sea salt at any grocery store.

Omega-3 fatty acids are excellent for heltah and lubricate the skin from the inside out. Many heltah experts are advising against using oils that are high in omega 6s because they believe that the imbalance of omega 3s to omega 6s increases the risks of getting chronic illnesses like cancer, heart disease and several others. They recommend that the best way to stay balanced with omega-3s and omega 6s is to get omega-6s from whole foods like nuts and seeds and to get omega-3 from fish (in moderation) and fish oil. Other foods like walnuts and flax seeds also contain omega 3s but are not quite the same as the omega-3s in fish and fish oil. Health advocates are recommending avoiding the use of omega 6 oils such as sunflower oil, soybean oil, and several others. I've learned that the 3 major steps to get clear skin from the inside are: Detoxification (especially the liver and colon), Super Food Nutrition (raw super foods and raw fats like avocados, coconut oil, fish oil, olive oil), and Hydration (water, juicing, raw fruits, and drinking aloe vera gel/juice). Hydration and raw oils will clear your skin and moisturize it from the inside out.

I liked the way the matte goes on, very easy to apply. It looks good on, however, if you are in the sun or working outdoors, it needs to be re-applied frequently. It was non-greasy and it did not feel like heavy on my skin.

Cure your acne holistically. Because the root cause of pimple is internal, it stands to reason that there is an imbalance in your body that needs to be corrected. Looking at your pimple from a holistic point of view will help you to realize that your disease or condition is the result of physical, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental imbalance.

SunSense Ultra SPF 30+ is a great sunscreen to use as its lightweight, smooth, and non-greasy lotion. It is easy to apply as it is not too thick and seems to last for quiet a while.
